Have you also noticed how exhausted you've been feeling lately? I'm quite familiar with that feeling. After being sick in bed for a week and a half, it seemed like that fatigue just wouldn't leave me. It's no surprise when you consider everything that's happening in the world. The intensity of these times can be overwhelming at times. But fortunately, I've found a way to restore my energy, and what a difference it has made! It's incredible how quickly that fatigue disappeared, and I felt completely recharged.
